"Great location and great value for money. The host Laurent was very responsive to all queries both before and during the stay. The apartment is very spacious and located in a very quiet area near to the beach and restaurents etc and about 10 mins walk from centre of town. We were very appreciative of the fact that Laurent let us stay until 1630 on day of departure - which was so needed as it rained that day!"

"A few tiny things like maybe invest in bigger towels and replace the duvet cover which has a few tears. We rated location and service as excellent and the apt as very good. To rate as excellent, it would need a bit of a redecoration - but then the price would go up considerably! We thought it was very good value for money in Biarritz and had all that we needed for the few days we were there."

"Very cool little apartment - not too far walking from the town and beaches. Basement apartment that was furnished really nicely. Great for a small family in a lovely neighbourhood."

"The cook top wasn't working. However, the owner did offer to come and look at it for us immediately. The toilet and bathroom open out to the kitchen and don't have any windows to air out. We found a park outside but it is quote expensive and might be hard to find in busy season."

"Good and quite location. Not far from the beach, not far from the centre of the town. Very friendly host. You don´t need a car. Everything is in walking distance. Clear instructions, good follow-up, swift responses on questions."

"Parking in the streets is a problem. Fortunately we had a parking just opposite the house. But once parked we left the car at the parking spot but you can pay for a whole week. Like mentioned everything is in walking distance. So we did not miss the car. Walking is good for body and mind 😉"

"El radiador de una habitación no funcionaba, por suerte pudimos usar la otra porque sino habríamos pasado realmente frío y el anfitrión no lo arregló. No siempre se encuentra aparcamiento en la zona, lo que te obliga a pagar estacionamiento en alrededores."

"Das Apartment ist geräumig und in einer ruhigen Gegend. In 10 Minuten gelangt man zum Strand "Cote des Basques" bzw. in 15 Minuten in den Stadtkern. Kommunikation lief über Whatsapp ohne Probleme und man bekam auch noch gute Tipps von der Vermieterin."
